****BEFORE YOU REGISTER

We cannot accept any vendors who sell drug paraphanalia or anything drug related (infused drinks/foods, designs on clothing,etc.), sexual images or charged themes/messages (including sexual devices/toys, etc.) this includes designs on clothing as well, and definitely nothing that represents hate of ANYBODY or ANYTHING. Love, Family, and Positivity is the Vibe..... 

*****FOOD VENDORS 

Please feel free to register BUT DO NOT PAY. There will be FREE FOOD given away at this event but I DO NOT KNOW if it is for all day or for a limited amount of time.  I will try to negotiate a time for FREE FOOD to be cut off so that you will be put in the best position to make money. IF I can get this negotiation done, I will contact you as a food vendor personally to share the details of how things will work. If you would still like to be apart of it after how things will go will be established, then we can move forward with your payment. THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO FOOD VENDORS THAT SELL DESSERTS.

We are proud to announce that The BlackOUT: Back-To-School/End of Summer Celebration is all set! Besides being a celebration of Black-Owned Businesses providing the vibes, food, vendors, and community we're accustomed to, but The Summer Edition of the BlackOUT will feature an outdoor concert featuring some of MN's best artists and Dj's to keep us rockin' while we eating and shoppin'!! 

We are holding this latest event at the Legendary Jimmy Lee Recreation Center aka the JK Movement Headquarters. It's located right across the street from the equally Legendary Central High School right in St. Paul. 

**This will be our first OUTDOOR event! 10x10 tents will be allowed but they need to be weighted down and secured! We will be on concrete so the spikes won't work; it MUST BE WEIGHTED DOWN!
